A UKTI DSO case study (22.4.2013) quotes Hidden Technology as saying "The Security and Policing Exhibition in March 2013 was our busiest ever, with a blend of end users and budget holders that were actually able to commence the purchasing process at the event itself. We have already issued quotations to several potential customers, which will hopefully translate into firm orders during 2013."

A case study, (3.7.2012) by the UK's arms sales promotion unit, UKTI DSO, reports that HiddenTec's tracking systems are "used by police, military and government security agencies in 40 countries around the world, allowing them to remotely track vehicles, personnel and high value assets, providing real-time information and historical data used for intelligence. Complementary software programmes allow users to analyse the collected data to identify patterns of suspects’ behaviour and movements." UKTI has helped promote the company's products to customers including the Saudi Arabian police force, Guatemala and El Salvador, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

Hidden Technology's website shows the countries where its products are currently deployed which include Saudi Arabia, UAE, Indonesia and the US. Clients include Boeing, British American Tobacco, G4S, Tesco, and the FBI.

Details of products are not advertised publicly, but the Bureau for Investigative Journalism reports that the company's brochures say its "advanced covert tracking devices must be planted on a target – for example in their car – and can then report on their location anywhere in the world for up to six months at a time." The company has supplied tracking technology to Saudi Arabia.
