In January 2017, following long-running investigations into allegations of bribery, Rolls-Royce reached a settlement with the UK's Serious Fraud Office and US and Brazilian prosecutors. In total, the company is to pay £671 million in penalties. (Guardian, 16.1.2017). Read the court judgment.
