A 2009 report by Human Rights Watch details the killing of civilians in Gaza by drones, and stated that “'Israel's primary armed drones are the Hermes, produced by the Israeli company Elbit Systems Ltd., and the Heron, produced by Israeli Aerospace Industries”.
